Full Container 20ft - 40ft

Our full container shipping terms are suitable for both large scale sculptures and multiple pieces of sculpture, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

LCL (Less than container load)

This shipping process is designed to cater to customers with multiple orders, but is also flexible enough to handle smaller shipments that don't require a full container. You can trust us to deliver your products efficiently and reliably.

Air Cargo

Air cargo service is the perfect solution for shipping sculptures that weigh between 100-200kg. It's a faster and more cost-effective option compared to LCL process. shipment will be delivery to your nearest Airport then you can go pick up by your own.

Air Freight

shipping process for sculptures that are smaller in size and weigh less than 100kg. Our esteemed partners, UPS and FedEx, directly to your house. guarantee prompt and secure delivery of your valuable artwork. You can be confident that your sculpture will be treated with the utmost care and delivered to its destination without any damage.

Shipping Large Scale Sculpture :

We ship by Sea freight. Door to Port
Transporting cost per cubic meter (CBM), e.g. to Europe or USA is about $390 usd/CBM, while to Asia Pacific it is $240 usd/CBM. Note that this fee includes all port of "origin" costs, including transport from the atelier to port, packing, customs filing, etc. A large 2.2m statue can be packed (disassembled in 6 pieces; head, torso, 2arms, 2legs) in a 4 cubic meter box.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
International rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance.
An "extended area surcharge" may apply depending on your international locations.

Shipping

Our art works are normally shipped by registered mail with express from Bangkok, Thailand via DHL ,UPS Services,Shipping times are 3-5 business days. in other cases you'll be notified before hand. You'll get the tracking number by e-mail.Your item will be insured against loss, safe,secure and fast.

for the smaller welding kind(less than 2 kilogram) we will ship by Thailand standard international shipping.All items are shipped within 1-2 days of payment,shipping time are 12-21 Days. with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Refunds and Exchanges

Full refund when cancelling before shipping. After shipping: You can return any art work within 7 days of receipt if the item is still new and is sent in the original packaging. You'll get a refund of the art work only. Sale items and custom orders can't be returned.
