 LIFE SIZE ELEPHANT
 SCRAP METAL SCULPTURE

The creation of this magnificent elephant began with a commitment to sustainability. We gathered tons of reclaimed scrap metal—including countless gears, chains, engine parts, and offcuts—that were destined for a landfill. Our vision was to transform this waste into a compelling, organic form that honors one of Thailand’s most revered animals.
Every single inch of this sculpture is a complex mosaic, a delicate balance of mechanical geometry forming natural, flowing shapes. The sheer scale of the piece—being life-size—demanded unparalleled technical mastery and countless hours of meticulous work.

This sculpture is a true celebration of the welder’s craft. Where others see junk, we see texture, muscle, and bone. Each piece of scrap was painstakingly cleaned, selected, and hand-welded into place, building up the layers that define the elephant’s imposing figure. The different metals create a shimmering, complex surface that shifts in the light, highlighting the intricate texture of the skin and the powerful curvature of the trunk.

It is a powerful statement on resourcefulness and ingenuity, demonstrating how technical skill can elevate industrial remnants into magnificent, special artwork. We believe this piece is a profound example of sustainable artistry, proving that breathtaking quality and environmental consciousness can exist in harmony.

This scrap metal elephant stands as a powerful symbol: a convergence of mechanical history and natural grandeur, representing our group’s skill, passion, and deep commitment to giving new life to old materials.
